The right clean for your home
Four kinds of visit, with optional extras tailored to your home. The list below is the same one we work from on the day, so what you read here is what actually gets done.
Standard clean
The upkeep visit, for a home already in reasonable shape. This is what a recurring plan runs on.

The least this visit can cost: a studio with one bathroom, standard clean, nothing adjusted. Bedrooms, bathrooms, levels, pets and condition all move it — every adjustment is published.
Deep clean
Everything in a standard clean, plus detailed attention to built-up grime, baseboards and appliance interiors.
A deep clean is a great starting point before regular maintenance. We’ll confirm the right service after reviewing your photos.

A deep clean takes roughly half again as long as a standard one, which is what the price reflects.
Move-out clean
A detailed clean for an empty home, whether you’re moving in, moving out or preparing for new occupants.
We assume the unit is empty. If furniture is still in it, say so in the request — it changes how long the job takes and we would rather know before quoting.

Landlords and agents: tell us the inspection date in the request and we will say plainly whether we can make it.
Post-renovation clean
A careful finishing clean after renovation work is complete, with repeat passes for fine dust on accessible surfaces.
We do not quote this from photos alone. Send the request with photos anyway and we will reply with either a price or an honest question about scale — a bathroom refit and a gutted main floor are not the same job.
Drywall dust in ductwork is not something we handle. That is a duct-cleaning company's job, and doing it badly makes it worse.

A preliminary estimate only. We confirm square footage, dust levels and access before providing a fixed quote. The current service minimum is applied in your estimate after eligible credits.
Extras
Customize your visit with optional extras. Items already included in your service are never charged twice.
Why these are separate
Every one of them takes real time. Rolling them into the base price would mean charging people who do not need them, which is how an honest base price quietly turns into something else across the market.
Laundry is priced per load. The rest are once per visit.
What we do not do
These come up often enough to be worth saying plainly, rather than finding out on the day.

Exterior windows above the ground floor
Ladder work and height. Not our trade, and not covered by anything we carry.

Carpet shampooing and steam cleaning
Needs machines and drying time we do not have. We vacuum thoroughly; we do not extract.

Hoarding and biohazard cleanup
Specialist work with specialist equipment and legal requirements. Ask us and we will say so.

Pest-related cleanup
Pest control comes first, cleaning after. In that order, by someone licensed for it.

Anything needing more than a two-step ladder
High ceilings, tall shelving, light fixtures out of reach — we clean what we can stand at safely.

Mould remediation
Wiping visible mould without dealing with the moisture behind it is theatre. It needs a remediation contractor.
Saying no is part of the offer
A small operation that takes every job takes jobs it cannot finish. We would rather lose the booking than be the reason your Saturday goes wrong.
